Residency is a comfortable space located in the historic house renovated by the National Trust of Georgia and ICOMOS Georgia. It's resident can become any person who wishes to be in solitude to work on his/her project, or seeks for inspiration to realize new idea.

Building is situated in the historic Kbode neighborhood, Avlabari. Rooms for the resident are available in the mansard with a private entrance, WC and balcony.
